The Danish Superliga
The Danish Superliga is the top flight for club football in Denmark. It consists of 12 teams and runs from mid July until May the following year. The winter break lasts from early December until mid February.
At the end of the season, the number one team is crowned Danish Champion and the bottom two are relegated in to 1. Division.
